Health & Safety Guidelines

The well-being of our guests and staff is our top priority. As we return to play, we will be implementing new health and safety protocols base on current public health recommendations.

All Guests two (2) years and older, including those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine, must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth at all times while visiting Steinbrenner Field except when actively eating or drinking at their ticketed seats. Facial shields without an accompanying facial covering will not be permitted.

Capacity at Steinbrenner Field will be limited to maintain physical distancing. Seating will be sold in pods that range in size from two (2) to four (4) seats.

Due to health and safety concerns related to the pandemic, contactless technology will be implemented in many aspects of the Stadium experience. As such, all tickets will be delivered digitally and available on the Guests’ mobile devices via the MLB Ballpark app. No paper tickets will be issued. More Info »

Tickets may only be resold if all of the tickets purchased in a seating pod are resold to a single party utilizing an MLB authorized platform. Ticket buyers will not be allowed to resell portions of their seating pods. All seating pods must be resold in their entirety.

All retail food and beverage locations will be cashless. Cash conversion stations will be available at two locations.

Cleaning and sanitation, especially in high-contact areas, has been significantly increased. Touchless wall mounted and pedestal hand sanitizing stations have been installed around the facility. Portable electric static sprayers will be used to sanitize the seating and general gathering seating areas.

Plexiglass, signage and other physical distancing hardware has been installed in customer contact areas. Restroom updates, such as retrofitted touch-free plumbing and touch-free faucets, paper towel and soap dispensers, have been made available throughout Steinbrenner Field in order to create an enhanced touchless experience. Ionization air purifying systems have been installed to treat indoor spaces including suites and elevators. Additional portable ionization units will be used in higher traffic areas throughout the facility.

All personnel will be temperature checked and provided hand sanitizer upon entering Steinbrenner Field. Personnel will be required to wear face coverings at all times as part of updated uniform policies except when actively eating or drinking.
