April Showers Bring…Home Runs
The Yankees wrapped up April with an 18–13 record, led by Aaron Judge earning AL Player of the Month and Max Fried taking AL Pitch of the Month. The offense crushed 51 home runs, including a historic feat of hitting three straight homers to start two games—an MLB first. Strong defense and key pitching from Carlos Rodon and Carlos Carrasco helped the Yankees power through the month.
